Team Update

Aon's Professional Services team are delighted to welcome new members of the team – Emma Lynch, Gabriel Davis & Richard Dulieu.
Speaker
Emma Lynch
Emma is a Client Manager for the Professional Services team returning to work directly with clients following her previous role as Senior Professional Indemnity Broker within the Aon Manchester broking team.

With over 8 years industry experience in both client facing and market broking for UK and Irish clients, Emma has extensive experience negotiating PI insurance placements and large programmes with regional and London markets, reviewing contracts and resolving client queries. She enjoys the challenges the hard market has presented but always works to achieve positive outcomes for her clients and her team.

ACII qualified, Emma is currently working on her Fellowship dissertation with a focus on hard market conditions to achieve FCII designation. Emma is Vice President of the Insurance Institute of Liverpool having completed her Presidency in 2019-2020 and has chaired various key committees such as Education and CPD/Syllabus.

Gabriel Davis
Gabriel joined the Professional Services team in September as a Graduate in the London office. Prior to joining the team and Aon, Gabriel went to the University of Exeter where he studied History. In his year before University, Gabriel worked in a pub and travelled around Australia and Italy. 

Outside of work Gabriel’s hobbies include football (Chelsea fan), playing tennis, travelling, and seeing friends.

Richard Dulieu
Richard joined the Professional Services team as a Client Manager in October. Richard joins from an independent Lloyd’s Brokers, where he was Head of General Insurance, which included both broking and account executive roles, and has been in the industry since graduating from university in 2009. 

Whilst his background is professional services, Richard also has lots of experience in all types of commercial and personal insurances.

Outside of work, Richard’s interests are music, football, golf, hiking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
