Ryan Drage
Ryan joined the Professional Services team in September 2019 as an apprentice specifically working in Property and Casualty. Prior to working at Aon, Ryan worked as an accountant after completing his Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) certification. In this role his responsibilities covered: bookkeeping, assisting audits and completing VAT returns. Ryan also has experience working in sales.

In his spare time Ryan enjoys playing and watching football, tennis and seeing family and friends.

Phil Elliott
Phil joined the Professional Services team in October 2019 as a Business Development Director with nearly 12 years’ experience in the insurance sector. Prior to joining the team, Phil spent over 8 years in the Aon Affinity division working with SME/Mid corporate professional firms offering financial and commercial line risk solutions. During Phil’s time at Aon he has worked in various roles focusing on: sales development, client management and most recently he managed the Southern professions sales team.

Outside of work Phil’s hobbies include: football, boxing, snowboarding and travelling.

Carole Emmett
Carole transferred to the Professional Services Team as Executive Assistant in November 2019 and has been with Aon for over 10 years. Her background includes senior Personal Assistant roles in a range of different industries including banking, shipping and stockbroking.

Away from the office, Carole enjoys travelling, skiing and watching rugby.
