  2. What operational instructions has the firm recently provided to staff and attorneys (billing, time tracking etc.)?

  3. Is the firm planning hiring freezes / cutbacks / layoffs? If “yes”, please explain.

  4. Is the firm anticipating de-equitizations or reductions in compensation? If “yes”, please explain

  9. Has the firm instructed its lawyers and employees to review and consider the privacy and security of client records and documents as well as their ability to meet the requirements of outside counsel guidelines when working remotely?
